The Brief To create a premium fashion label and retail brand under the global ELLE brand umbrella with 30 stand-alone stores, and 1,000 points-of-sale across Europe, Russia and the Middle East by 2012.

The Brand Journey ELLE is the World’s biggest selling fashion magazine with 39 editions and over 5.8 million copies printed every month. Our challenge was to translate the values of the magazine brand into a fashion label and retail brand, retaining the style, knowledge and authority of the parent brand.

Working with an international team of Creatives, in partnership with the ELLE global brand team at Lagadere in Paris we created a Stylish, spirited and Internationally French visual territory for ELLE PRET-A-PORTER across all brand expressions from collection, through image-making to retail environment. The label was launched at Paris Fashion Week in Autumn/Winter 2007, has since opened 31 stores and is available at 783 points-of-sale.
